Xuliang Yu attended the 2026 IEEE International Conference on Dielectrics (ICD 2026), held in the UK. It provided an excellent opportunity to learn about the latest developments in dielectric materials and electrical insulation research. The conference covered a broad range of topics, including space charge phenomena, dielectric characterization, insulation aging, and advanced materials.

The conference program consisted of both oral presentations and poster sessions. Xuliang stated: personally, I found the poster sessions particularly valuable, as they provided a clear and efficient way to understand ongoing research and facilitated informal discussions with researchers from different institutions. These discussions gave me new insights into my own research on space charge measurement and diagnostics.
