My name is Cas Oudijk, and I am a recent graduate of the Sustainable Energy Technology (SET) program at TU Delft. I had the privilege to present my paper titled “Enhancing Shared Electric Vehicles Fleet Profitability with Vehicle to Grid Integration” at the IEEE PES ISGT Conference in Malta. The paper was based on my master’s thesis work. This was my first time presenting at an international conference, which made it a special experience. It was a great opportunity to share my research, receive valuable feedback, and attend many insightful presentations about the future of the energy transition. I particularly enjoyed the discussions on global collaboration and ways to support countries with fewer resources in developing sustainable energy systems.
The conference also offered a great chance to meet and exchange ideas with people working on a wide range of innovative projects. After the busy conference days, I had some time to explore Malta’s beautiful cities and coastlines, which made the trip even more memorable.
I am very grateful to Stichting 3E for providing the financial support that made it possible for me to attend.
